I clearly need to start pushing my games harder, because the only two that come to mind are ones that involve slipping through the geometry. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood had me fall through the world into invisible water. There's actually a fair amount of background land rendered a ways outside of Rome. Uncharted 3 is the other one. The designated cutscene failed to start, so Saleem (was his name?) and his friends were stuck in place on their galloping horses and I had more or less free reign over the area. Couldn't progress, though. Not for lack of trying, the enemies spawned as they would have had the scene played and things gone to plan, but they never dropped the RPG I needed to blow up the gate.

I was never fortunate enough to come across manimals in Red Dead Redemption. I feel like a lesser person because of it. I vaguely recall a glitch in RDR that involved a certain barrel or woodpile or something at MacFarlane's Ranch and a stick of dynomite (I think). From what I remember, you threw the dynamite somewhere at your feet and it blew you well well well well into the air. I think I managed to recreate it once. Fun times.
