Terraria(PC) by theeasternbloc on October 03, 2013

I bought this game on a whim after hearing Jeff talk about how much time he dumped into it. For ten bucks it seemed like a great value. Over fifty hours of game time later I can safely say that Terraria is one hell of a game and for only ten dollars it's an absolute freaking steal. Buy this game. It's not just another Minecraft clone it's so, so much more than that....

Tons of fun 0

After seeing Brad's quick look for this game I was really excited to play it. Brad is spot on in his review. The game is very good at what it does, and for such a low price I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth. From Bryant's hard nosed, no nonsense approach to your character's special abilities, everything this game does feels right. This is a game that could have easily gone wrong, but I feel like it's one of the best overall experiences from a game I've had this year....

A Step Forward 0

I played the first Portal after my wife purchased The Orange Box. I wasn't t much  of a fan of Gordon Freeman's adventures, but Portal seemed a worthy distraction while the disc sat in our X-Box. I fought through the trials of the first game, faced GLaDOS and eventually dealt with her. The first game amazed me and really forced me to wrap my head around concepts in video games I had never really thought possible.  Portal 2 improves upon the groundwork of the first game in almost every way.
