This week Garry finished Halo: Reach and Alex finished Call of Duty: Black Ops along with the PC version of Gears of War. Huge release week with the Nintendo 3DS coming out worldwide! Nothing huge in the news but lots of little news stories to discuss. We venture back into the world of Dead Space in Spoiler Discussions. This week we discuss the events between Dead Space 1 & 2 and Dead Space 2 up to chapter 5.

This week Garry started Halo: Reach and finished Call of Duty: Black Ops. Alex played through Dead Space Ignition and Prey and started Earth Defense Force 2017. Huge release week covering every platform and lots of little news stories. The topic of the week returns this week where we talk about why video games are art.

Alex went to PAX East 2011 and saw a lot of stuff including the Nintendo 3DS for the first time. It was an incredible time on the show floor from meeting Tim Schafer to talking with Greg Kasavin of Super Giant Games and playing games like Bastion, Child of Eden and Gears of War 3. Then off the show floor was just as awesome meeting up with the guys from trigames.net and seeing the GiantBomb Cast Live. Oh yea we also talked about what we've be playing, the new releases and the news.

It's been a good week of gaming so we start out with what we've been playing. Highlights include Call of Duty: Black Ops, Halo Wars, PAC-MAN Championship Edition DX and Dead Space. It was has been an somewhat good week for the new releases with Pokemon Black/White, Beyond Good and Evil HD and this year's versions of the pair of MLB games. We got news on Double Fine's next game and also tons of Nintendo 3DS news and some Sony stuff. Finally wrapping up the longest episode so far is our finally part of Dead Space spoiler discussions.

Its been a busy week so not many games were played but Alex and Tom did check out a bunch of PlayStation Move demos. We go over the new releases and the news. Alex and Garry also discuss the unfortunate closure of mygamercard.net, which was the best achievement tracking site on the internets. Finally tune into part 2 of our Dead Space spoiler discussions.

We start up by tallying up are successes in the EA Sports games we've been playing over the last month. Then Garry talks about his love of Dead Space and also Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X.. Alex has been playing Stacking, Hydro Thunder Hurricane and Eternal Sonata. We then go over the new releases and gaming news for the week. Finally Alex and Tom finish up their spoiler discussion of Amnesia: The Dark Descent in part 4. 

This week Alex got a Playstation Move and checked out Heavy Rain and Dead Space Extraction with it. Also with less than a week to go before the server shut down we talked about the EA Sports games we've been playing. It's a average week for new releases and the news but their are rumors of a HD remake of the original Halo. Finally Alex and Tom continue their spoiler discussion of Amnesia: The Dark Descent in part 3.

First off we talk about the EA Sports stuff we've been playing but with the Bullet Storm and Crysis 2 Demos out we give our impressions. It's a dead week for new releases but in the news we discuss of the features of Sony's next handheld gaming device. Also we go over the top selling Xbox Live Arcade games of 2010. Finally Alex and Tom continue their spoiler discussion of Amnesia: The Dark Descent in part 2.

In what we've been playing this week Garry checked out some Konami classics while Alex got into Plants Vs Zombies and Hydro Thunder: Hurricane on Xbox Live Arcade. We both have been playing EA Sports games with the servers for many of their games going down soon. The new releases this week sees Dead Space 2 and Two World II. In the news we find out some awesome details about the PS3 version of Portal 2 and more headlines surrounding Infinity Ward. Finally we have a release date and price for the Nintendo 3DS in North American. In a new spoiler discussion Tom joins us to discuss Amnesia: The Dark Descent. 

Garry got his Kinect this week and talks all about his experiences with it so far. Alex finished up the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC for Mass Effect 2 and also played Amnesia: The Dark Descent and traveled back for some adventures in Minecraft. Big week for the PlayStation 3 in the new releases with LittleBigPlanet 2 and Mass Effect 2. In the news it's rumored that the PlayStation Portable 2 will be nearly as powerful as the PlayStation 3 also the Nintendo 3DS will see the return of the friend codes. Finally in the topic of the week we talk about FaceBook and casual games giving our opinion on them and how they effect the gaming industry as a whole.
