Expansions don't carry over with the cross-save stuff, but Season Passes that you've purchased do. So you'd have to buy Beyond Light on every platform you wanna play on, but not the $10 Season Passes. Those are a 1 time buy.

Also shouts out to Jan for all the hotswaps!

The Monumental stuff is pretty funny. In the PS3 version, every time you loaded in you'd get a character portrait along with a name for them. Wasn't guaranteed, but the Monumental showed up there for me early on. I remember that was how I first knew who that was.

Surprised to hear Ben say he likes the level design of Halo, though maybe its because he hasn't beaten it yet, because I just played through it co-op with a buddy about a month ago and man, I hate the level design in that first game so much. Endless bouts of walking down the exact same visually designed corridor and only knowing you're going the right way because 1) there are enemies and 2) the Anniversary treatment added arrows to the ground to point you where to go. As fun as the vehicle sections are and as open as the game can get, the parts where it turns into a corridor shooter are so incredibly awful and dull and bog the game down so, so much.

Best of luck in your future Dan, I'm sure you'll kill it. You were a great fit here at GB and I'm pretty bummed to see you leave but super thankful we got to have you here as long as we did. Thanks so much duder!

Shouts out to Debra Wilson and Phil LaMarr for keeping MadTV in the back of mind nearly every time I play a video game.

If you shoot a civilian in the new Call of Duty the game resets you back to a checkpoint. There is no attempt to ask a player if they made the right call or not in a situation, its either you did it right or you did it wrong, try again. Everything about the game seems like they're talking more about doing something than actually executing on it.
