These Games have allies, usually in military action games but sometimes also in other games yet some games allow you to recruit them to join the fight or to complete tasks these are the games that allow you to recruit a certain amount of allies either by using a weapon, pressing a button or just in general. These are also the name of the organization that can be recruited.

Do we count stuff like Syndicate (the 1993 one) and Re-Legion where you brain wash/"persuade" NPCs to follow you around and fight for you? The NPCs in those games are essentially just cannon fodder and will not follow you across missions though.

Fallout 1 and 2 also had companions, pretty poorly implemented in the first one, but by 2 they essentially behaved like they do in Fallout 3 or Skyrim, so I'd think at least Fallout 2 should be on here. Dragon's Dogma had the pawn stuff that may count as well, at least when you recruit other player's pawns (your own pawn may not count since you can't choose not to have one to my knowledge).
