I have been a huge fan of the Silent Hill series since the beginning. I just loved the creepy atmosphere and character driven storyline. I found this latest installment to be a disappointment mainly because of its lack of overall polish, uninteresting characters, and game play elements/mechanics that at this point feel dated. A Shinier version of the original Xbox version. 0
Ninja Gaiden II received a large amount of hype before it was officially launched. After playing it I have confirmed my own doubts about this hype, it is completely unjustified. Why? Well for starters, the game doesn't do anything new...seriously, there is nothing in the game either technically or otherwise that has changed, save for the graphics. Dark Sector is a mostly boring game 0
Dark Sector is one of those games that most gamers will play through once, then move on to something else without a second thought. One of the big selling points of Dark Sector is the glaive. This weapon is essentially a bladed boomerang. Yes, it's fun to use at first, but once you have chucked this thing at enemies a couple dozen times, the novelty wears off.
