A man in a very recently released game that apparently loves subway as well as climbing. Two characters that are always paired together and were in several Smash Brothers games. A boy who had to climb tall giants. The main character of a first person parkour game that made me physically sick after playing for 5 minutes. - by truckington

For Follow the Leader, the quest is looking for characters that can lead squads it seems. So think of a game that centers around you being an evil leader of minions. And another game featuring guitars where many people were disappointed that you had to lead minions. It's looking for the main character of those games. And of course, there's also a game this quest series is about feature a guy who can call in his bros to shank people. - by truckington

As far as I know there is not any hard set rules (available to the public) for the number of requests you can send per hour and such.
Though doing caching is always nice, especially if the information on the page will not be changing very often. So I would highly recommend it. Also a small thing you can do that may help lower the load on the servers when pulling a very large page is using the field_list filter and limiting it to just the information you need. I use this on a few things and it also helps the load time on requests.
