Read elsewhere that recovering your gamertag will fix the issue and it is out of sync. Gonna give this a try.

I have the same problem. I should have the poker, dice, el presidio, evil spirits. Funny thing I saw evil spirits pop and then when I went to check my total gs was 0.

Fun fact: Deadly Premonition is a way better game than Splinter Cell Conviction.  In fact, instead of playing Conviction, you should just play Deadly Premonition again. "

I had this happen to me and was absolutely LUCKY I happen to backup my save on MU just prior to trying to reload a chapter and do the side missions. It took me awhile to figure what I hell I did wrong. This was the first glitch I found with respect to replaying chapters and haven't had any other issues YET. :)

Possibly notifications are turned off, but anyways they would have only unlocked two achievements up to this point:
  
Prologue cleared! - 50  and 
Episode 1 Cleared! - 50 (once Dinner mission is done) 

It seems reasonable that the ER audience is contributing 100s and maybe 1000s to the number sold. What would be interesting is a survey of percent of GB users who bought the game based on ER. That would be sort of an advertising stat that GB could use for next ER.

Picked up mine from EB Games/Gamestop store in Mississauga. It was behind the counter and not on display so you may have to ask clerk for it.

Bought it after 5 episodes of ER and have given up on Splinter Cell Conviction as I am addicted to DP. There is so much more to do the the ER is showing. The Side Quests are crazy and they unlock items that make the game much more enjoyable (e.g. better weapons, better car).
