My PC Version was broken too. I just reinstalled it and that worked fine. PS3 version also had problems and the 360 version was all kinds of messed up.
@yeah_write: It wasn't all bad for me, like you said the episodes were good and it also gave me a chance to actually remember exactly what happened (all of it, not just what the game thinks is enough). I did make sure to make the same decisions I made the first time though. Live with the decisions and all that, no cheating! :P
