Achievements still aren't syncing.  Will deleting and then readding my Steam account fix this?

Nope. I get everything on Steam now.

The only exception will be Duke Nukem Forever, and that's because it's so legendary that I need a boxed version of it for the novelty factor of holding DNF in my hands.

I still say that the reason why Rockstar doesn't really support the PC anymore is because of the Hot Coffee fiasco.

My Steam achievements still aren't updated, even though I got a few TF2 ones last week.

 Currently, most of the achievement images on the Giant Bomb Serious Sam: The First Encounter page are outdated temporary images the developers used while working on the achievements. They have since updated them to have their own images. Compare http://www.giantbomb.com/serious-sam-the-first-encounter/61-27152/achievements/ (the Giant Bomb page for SS) to  http://steamcommunity.com/stats/SSHD:FirstEncounter/achievements/ (the official Steam Achievements page for SS).

Yes and I've played all of the games (except for the ones that crash on startup, as there weren't any emulators that let them play back when I went through it).

Sam looks like he's 45 years old on the NE cover.

Something tells me that she's related to the Harpies in Serious Sam 1, as they both have very similar heads and are female.
