I am pretty sure this is caused by the necessity to save the entire list even when only one item is removed / edited. When only one item is being added it works (and it is fast), but there currently is no way to remove / edit a single item in the list.

My collection just reached 595 items and I cannot save anymore. This means I cannot remove, edit nor add new items. It is very frustrating.

Update: Tried to remove an item today from a different computer and it worked. It still locked up when I tried to add an item from the 'edit list' page, but worked when I added it via the 'add to list' from the game's page.
