Nice work. I haven't read the comics she's in because I find most of the spiderman part of marvel dull, but her costume design is class.

It's a good character design and you drew it well. The lines around the eyes make me think she's very tired or hung-over though.

I'm glad Marvel (comics) has done something interesting with Spiderman cause boy had he grown dull. Also your rendering is pretty fucking spectacular, but it looks like maybe there's something a little funky going on with her left armpit/boob/shoulder. Not that I know anything at all about drawing.

As for the original idea I think her outfit is kind of a weird mish-mash of colors. I don't really like it all too much and as far as making the costume look more "urban" I still think the Scarlet Spider from the clone saga did it best. Like, I don't understand why they shoehorned the red/pink in there. It's weird how some of these new designs like the Spider-Gwen and new Batgirl are trying to look like parkour outfits more so than traditional costumes. There was beauty in the inherent simplicity of costumes like that of Batwoman or Spidergirl.

Spider-Gwen is amazing, love the costume! I would definately read an on going series. Definately the best thing to come out of the whole "spiderverse" promotion they've been doing. Shame they haven't brought back Ben Reilly, but I know they never will. They probably shouldn't either but, god damnit he was the best replacement hero in comics.

Looks awesome! I really like Spider-Gwen's design. Not that into all the alternate Spideys though. The only one I didn't mind so much was Scarlet Spider (I think it was Ben and Kaine). Arachne's cool too.

I also remember really liking the Spider Wars episodes in the show...

Alright, so maybe I'm sorta into all the alternate Spideys. I guess I mostly just never cared for the Ultimate Spider-Man universe, aside from it giving us Sam Jackson Nick Fury and an awesome Spider-Man game. Man, that game was great.

Hood definitely makes me think Assassin's Creed, does she have hidden webs?

I'm hoping for a Supaidaman revival given his newfound canonicity in the latest event, but I'm also rooting for long-term success for Spider-Gwen.

I'm usually not one to criticise super hero costume flaws, like how Power Girl's boob window would make her entire suit rip off if she flew fast enough. But man, that hood just seems like it would get crazy annoying if you're web-slingin' around. And when all sorts of thugs and baddies have it out for you, your peripheral vision is pretty important. Maybe her Spider sense keeps her from having to actually just see whats happening to either side of her?

Eh, not the first hoody. Moon Knight has been dealing with this problem for years.
