Quarterback Attack, also known as Quarterback Attack with Mike Ditka, is a full-motion video football game developed and published by Digital Pictures for the Sega Saturn in North America on November 27, 1995, with 3DO and DOS PC releases shortly after.

Advertised as "The Professional Quarterback Simulator", Quarterback Attack puts players in a single match of American football as the rookie quarterback of the red-clad home team (against the yellow-clad visiting team). The game is known for its FMV sequences, with well-known former football player and coach Mike Ditka starring as the player team's coach.

Along with a menu-based play selection, most of the gameplay is played through either a first-person or third-person perspective, combining full-screen full-motion video with digitized sprites of the quarterback (a technique previously used in both Prize Fighter and Slam City with Scottie Pippen). While the game has several gameplay mechanics of other conventional football games (such as choosing plays, throwing passes, dodging opposing players, and making audibles), several other aspects of the sport are simplified (with defense being played automatically).

It is Digital Pictures' last game prior to their dissolution. A remastered version of the game was later released by Flash Film Works for iOS and Android devices on December 2016, making use of the original source footage.
