So, I was checking out Kotaku and they had a short excerpt from a discussion they had with the guys over at Insomniac. I'm pretty much gonna sum it up, but if you wanna read it, here's the link:

So, the first way is to get the most recent episode of Qore. That is not the way I would go. Qore sucks and it's a damn ripoff.

The best way to get in would be to pre-order the game, as Insomniac will soon announce they're pre-order program that includes a beta key, I would imagine.

Additional plans will be announced later, I guess. Including different ways to get into the beta if you're not in North America.

Yeah definitely not gonna go the Qore route, guess I'll pre-order.  I haven't even played Resistance 1 though.

I would wait tell they talk about the preorder deal so you don't get screwed for preordering early ( probably wont happen but you never know). still going to when they announce it.
