Roberto Guerro is voiced by J.B. Blanc.
10 years before current events Guerro was a dictator of Panama, before being overthrown. He is however able to fund his own army with guns, turrets and vehicles, as well as explosives. But he still needs more money of obtaining his dream to finance a war that would fully return his power.
He is approached by archaeologist, Vincent Perez and Jason Dante to investigate ruins nearby where Guerro and his men are located. Guerro would presumably have betrayed them both, but as Perez is lost, Dante is awarded with more power and is constantly surrounded or nearby Guerro's army. Guerro often becomes in possession of the Sword of Stephen, and Marisa Chase.
