Just as a reminder to folks that Rocket League is the greatest game of all time, the next mode for the game will be Basketball now. It looks like the goal is surrounded by a ramp up with a backboard.

I wonder if there will be different points given for goals at the 3 point line... I'm sure the ball physics will be bouncier.

This might be the mode where 4v4 would be ideal as well...

I'm super hyped up for this but it's gonna be a nightmare for me to play. My air game is super weak.

Until then I'll stick to playing Snow Day. Real glad they brought it back after getting rid of it in the Season 2 patch.

You get matched up with people who are around your skill level, so you should be fine. If you're significantly rusty, then it may take a handful of games before you get matched with people more akin to your ability.

Rocket League is so damn good. Basketball mode is a cool idea. I didn't find the hockey to be very fun, but the basketball has potential for some real chaos.

I tried it out in an exhibition match. It seems like it could be fun, but I think I might just stick with the soccer mode. Mainly because I SUCK at aerials.

I suck at aerial shots too, but I did put down about $2 just so I could fly a Wizards flag. I might be part of the problem.

@dochaus: I too dropped $2, but for the blazers flag. XD

I am pleased they are finding ways to keep the income tricking in. Lord knows they deserve it for the amount of fun I have had with this game.

Got the platinum in my first game of Hoops. Neat mode.
