    Overview

Shakatto Tambourine! is a motion-based rhythm game developed and released by Sega for arcades (using their Dreamcast-based NAOMI hardware) exclusively in Japan in 2000.

A spin-off of Samba de Amigo, Shakatto Tambourine trades its dual-maraca controller and use of Latin pop with a new tambourine controller and use of J-pop.

It later received two updates in 2001: Shakatto Tambourine! Motto Norinori Shinkyoku Tsuika!! and Shakkato Tambourine! Chou PowerUp Chu! It was later brought to the PlayStation in 2002 as mini-moni. Shakatto Tambourine! Dapyon!, featuring an optional tambourine controller set and licensing with the J-pop group mini-moni.
