Shāman is a Tetris Battle Gaiden character. He is a stylized witch-doctor. His Crystal Powers are:
Level 1: モーゼ Mōze (possibly 猛然 mōzen: Savagely)
Splits your stack down the middle and pushes each section two columns to their respective sides.
Level 2: カイテン Kaiten (回転) (Rotate)
Opponent's next three tetraminos will rotate as long as the rotate button is pressed. Pressing Down also rotates and fast-drops.
Level 3: ノロイ Noroi (呪) （Curse）
After both players stack their next four tetraminos, a row of bricks will appear under opponent's stack. If you send any rows over during this time, they will also be bricks.
Level 4: イノリ Inori (祈り) (Prayer)
Random level 4 of any of the other character. Warning: can cast Medusa on self!
