Since I believe there are 25 episodes to this series, this should be the penultimate poll.

Haha, boy did I mess up that first poll option... Or was it the system?

Anyways, this was the hardest group of episodes for me to choose a favorite because there were several great ones. I decided to vote for episode 14 as I enjoyed seeing how everything referred to in episode 13 was explained and how all of the Social Links came together. I also liked the flashback that accompanied the Death S. Link.

Oh god. So many great episodes in this span! But I have to give my vote to episode 19 for the amazing "Miss" Yasogami pageant.

That one that was dedicated entirely to Nanako was pretty great. But I think my favorite was the school trip one. It was even funnier than the Endurance Run episode!

Awh, man. Decision between comedy (15) and tearjerking/heartwarming (18)...

I choose comedy! King's Game indeed.

Yea, I'm confused, too. Do you mean how Persona would be said perusona? That's just how Japanese works, man.

@Video_Game_King: Wow. I've seen plenty of images but that art really looks fantastic in motion, and those scenes you posted were excellent.

I really have been missing out; I'll get to fixing that right away.

If you're referring to certain vowel sounds, (ex: pe ru so na,"), the "u" is often silent or de-emphasized. For example, the common male name "Yosuke" sounds more like "Yoskay" than "Yosookay," and "desu," a commonality of the Japanese language used to end sentences in a formalized manner, sounds more like "des."

But really, it's just a function of how the language works and is understood. After all, in English, we don't prnounce "knight" as "kuhnighit," unless we're referencing Monty Python.

Its just a question I always asked when I was young.  Like sake and wasurenaide.  I get how thats probably the easiest way to spell if but if someone who doesnt know Japanese tried reading it, the pronounciation would be all convoluted.  Wouldnt it be easier if accents were on some of the letters?

I still don't get what you're saying. Do you want pitch marks? Other than, all I can say is "Japanese people drop and mesh syllables like crazy, and I don't know how to anticipate or understand any of it".

Not really. This method of romanizing Japanese was developed a long time ago and has become the standard. A person that knows Japanese but doesn't know English would bungle a lot of English pronunciations at first because they don't understand the way that the words are actually spoken by a fluent speaker.
