Ya, it's Reed Richards from The Fantastic Four. At first glance I thought it was old School Punisher or Nick Fury, but then I saw the chest emblem and the streak of white in the hair. Which is funny, and I'm sure intentional, but I always though of Reed Richards when ever I saw Jeff Green. I was disappointed that they didn't cast him in the FF4 movie. I don't care how stupid that it is I can never get enough Jeff Green. Miss the old 1up Show days. Good memories.

You get a 3+ armor save from standard space marine power armor(2+ from Terminator/Artificer) While armor saves are negated by weapons with powerful enough penetration, you can get a 3+ or 4+ invulnerability save from an iron halo or storm shield. While hiding behind cover only provides only a 4+ cover save which can be negated by weapons that ignore cover. So it doesn't really make sense for space marines to hide behind cover in most situations.
 
Tl:DR The incredibly nerdy conversation the Relic guys probably had with each other discussing why snap to cover wouldn't make sense for a Space Marine.

Sweeet... Jeff Green...  Lets just make the ultimate podcast and have all the old GFW guys  (Jeff, Shawn, Robert, and Ryan) join forces with the Bombcast guys for one 3-4 hour NUKECAST..
