Also, I've been playing CTR, and it's pretty good. Little dull in some cases but I think that's just what happens when you play an older game, updated graphics or not.

If anyone is excited to play this on mobile, you can't unless you already had it downloaded before they removed it from the app stores.

Only chance is on the switch now if you dont own it so sadly it isn't available on mobile like he said it was

@jerrek: I don't know for sure, but I'd assume its because the dev didn't want to update it for a new iOS revision. That happens very often.

It's no longer available on Android either. I'm guessing it's been removed from mobile platforms in anticipation of Switch release.

Dandy Dungeon on mobile was delisted at the end of 2018, I believe. They said they were turning off the servers, but perhaps that was partially due to the anticipation for this Switch version, though I would have assumed they'd leave it running closer to this release if that was the true cause. Perhaps the in-app purchases had dried up in 2018 and couldn't cover the cost of the server maintenance and continued development for a live F2P game of this nature. At least on iOS, if you had downloaded the game before Dec 20th 2018, you can redownload it. I did just now on my phone.

Tim Rogers translated this game before joining Kotaku. You can see a lot of his word choice and humor in the game's text. Never considered how much a translator can have an impact on something since I never know who the translator actually is.

This is a cool little game. A ton of humor and it does a good job getting that japanese flavor across. Sadly, just like Jeff, i played it for a bit on phone and then just.. stopped to never return again.
