i wonder how the analog sticks feel...i hate it when they are two loose/wobbly and you loose that fine control of movement.

The touch controls look awkward.  Constantly leaning in to tap the screen seems more distracting than anything, and I speak as an iPhone/iPad gamer.  At least they aren't being forced upon the player.

I love Uncharted, I'm sure 3 will be killer... this looks good but I'll still only want to play it if it comes to a home console. I'm just not interested in portable gaming enough to invest that much into it.

See this is what makes Vita cool. The console experience and the handheld experience in one so that you can play console-esque games in short spurts and it works well. It's like cloud music, having the power of a console on the go just to have the power.

I like how you can totally ignore the touch screen if you'd like, or play with JUST the touch screen.  That was one of the things that always bugged me about the DS - touch controls were mandatory, leaving unused buttons and actions that could have been done better with buttons.
 
Seems like the motto at least with this game is "eh, do whatever you feel like" and that works for me.

Multiplayer in this?

that was really great. Not locking you into one strictly using the screen was a brilliant decision. I don't own any smart phones or tablets or whatever, so swiping my finger across a screen is still almost taboo for me, haha.

Look plenty cool.
