Little girls of the death arcana with purple glowing names scare the crap out of me.  Alice reminds me of those creepy twins from the Shining.

This boss killed me the first time.  Good job, guys.

Heh, annoying summoning bosses suck. It reminds me of Dragon Quest whenever enemies call in re-inforcements. I think Earthbound had lame enemies that did nothing but summon other guys too.

question. has there ever been an enemy with a weakness just to physical?

It's too bad they probably won't get the best ending, but it has been fun. I was really hoping they would fight a shadow on that one floor.

Sorry to break this to you mate, but those enemies they fought with trumpeter weren't strong against Almighty. Megidolaon just sucks, like I was saying yesterday.   I went and tested it just now on those same enemies if you don't believe me, Megidolaon does like 120dmg, Morning Star did about 190. All-out Attack did 1200. Sorry to burst your Trumpeter bubble.  Oh, you also said yesterday Mind Charge + Megidolaon on Alice was great for clearing normal shadows. I hope you're trying to make me laugh. Why would you waste 2 turns casting that drivel when you could just use Die For Me!? If they're null dark or w/e, just change persona, it's pointless wasting 2 turns Mind Charging Megidolaon for normal shadows.. "

" I really hope they have multiple coppies of their save, because I was playing it on my PS3 and was around the same area that they are, and my save data got corrupted and I had to restart the game cause I didnt have multiple saves. Now I know. "

I was rather underwhelmed by Trumpeter. After all the build up, all the work to get, a 30 SP spell (with a halve SP ring) and he did ~90 dmg.

You know, for years I assumed this Alice was the Lewis Carroll character.  I never got why she was of the Death Arcana.

You should start using Chie's ice spells again.  Sure they're lower level spells, but you've got that 40% ICE boost item.  That will greatly help.

That is a common problem when using the Playstation 3 to play Playstation 2 games.  Fortunately, the boys are using a Playstation 2 to play this and are less likely to get a corrupted save.  Unfortunately, I use a Playstation 3 as well to play the game.  I've created two memory cards on the system just in case something like that does happen. "

Huh?A little bit correction: 12/19:Arms Master added 12/24:Debilitate added  Yoshitsune learns Heat Riser naturally.And I am a fan of Hassou Tobi :P "

I played through on PS3 and there were a few times (about 3 or 4) when I got the data corrupted message, but all I had to do was try to load the file again and it would always work. The data was never actually corrupted. "

Yeah that happens to me somthimes too, but better safe than sorry through. They're 90 hours in. It would suck if it gets corrupted.

It's always kind of irked me everytime they never got that either. It's hard to imagine neither Jeff nor Vinny have seen Enter the Dragon. "

Holy SHIT! They did that in about 1/5 of the time it took me my first time. Well done Vincent and Jeffery!

World 3 could potentially get really annoying if you're a completionist. 
I, for one, always HAVE to reveal the entire map before I can move on to the next area. And so I got kicked out a couple of times.  
... But to be fair I guess I can't really blame the dungeon for my lack of skill  :>

I want Chie's voice actress to make an "Aha! Is this your text?" sound NOW.

God, the way Vinny said "You're not gonna die or something are you?" made me burst out laughing.  The tone sounded like "You're not gonna die or something are you?  If so, could you go outside so I don't have to clean that up?"

Trumpeter was one of my go-to-guys all the way to the end of the game thanks to debilitate for bosses,  ziodyne/elec amp and mind charge (for the sake of Margaret's S Link) for good damage, and cool breeze for saving money. 
 
Although heat riser isn't as useful as it sounds, if you want to buff your entire party you can waste less turns using masuka, maraku and mataku instead.

Ugh, why did they switch to Brave Blade when they gave Yosuke the Gale Vow? Oh, well, that's a minor complaint since they made it out okay.
