Yes they missed a lot (not using Belial and instead using Mother Harlot was bad) but hey they figured it out.

Hmm, I'm surprised they didn't notice that Siegfried nulled physicals. In any case, next boss fight should be interesting. Hopefully it won't take them as long as episode 68.

1.  I know that when Charlie wastes money he actually loses it, but when enemies waste money does he gain that money?
2. If the boss's max HP was 999, how could Chie do a 1,300+ attack and not kill it?

1. )  Yes, if you confuse your enemies and they waste money, the money they waste goes into your pocket. 2.)  If a boss has more than 999 HP, it will only show 999.  The robots from episode 145 were taking 350-600+ damage a swipe and then ate a 2000 HP power charged God Hand from Chie before dying. "

Sure I am. People are free to hate me as much as they want. I am not running for major here or anything. Great episode.  I'm surprised they missed Amrita on one of their personas but it didn't hurt them so no harm done.  That God Hand was awesome.  I wonder how much the fully powered one would have hit.

I'm loving all the big fights in this dungeon. Much more fun to watch than a series of smaller, annoying randoms. Hopefully Jeff is right and Adatchy is right around the corner... 
 
And frankly I'm a little disappointed in trumpeter. He's packing debilitate, which is great, but megadolaon isn't all that hard hitting and he doesn't really have anything else :\ (Chie is doing a good job making up for it though)

You can't delve into someone else's mind and just come to the assumption "Oh, this guy is posting very specific Persona 4 stuff.  He probably thinks he's better than Jeff, Vinny and all of us!  I'll insult him, that'll show him!"

I just finished this fight earlier this weekend.  I had 3 Power Charged God Hands countered and I had to revive Chie twice but when it finally landed on the 4th try it was so worth it.

If i remember correctly, adachi is really close now. Epic fight inc!
 
Allthough they could also choose to grind a level or two for safety.

Love how you guys called Chie's bad luck with God Hand before it happened. Self fulfilling prophecy thy name is vinnie and jeff!

What could've they possibly done better regarding confusion? "

First, they should have used the main character to cure Yosuke's confusion instead of making the main character simply attack the boss.  Would have given a chance for Yosuke to do the more powerful wind attack.  Second, they should have used the Amrita soda with Chie to cure everyone instead of using a sedative for one person.  Third, because they used a sedative they should have used another with Yosuke on the main character to cure him and leave a turn to Yukiko in order to heal instead of wasting SP and just doing a little more damage on the enemy with Yosuke's Garudyne. Fourth, why did they bother making Chie heal herself a little bit with a Life Stone instead of giving a sedative to Yosuke if Yukiko's turn was coming up and she could have used that to do a Mediarahan.  Because of that Yosuke missed a turn to do some damage or something useful and Chie basically also wasted a turn. "

I take it that would take minute planning and mapping out a fuse tree well in advance. It would be worth it though, Charly could just stand there, chillin' and reflectin'. "

I have a suggestion: I'm not sure if the game scales to your level, but if it doesn't, please go into the first dungeon and kill a monster with a Power Charged God Hand just for the sake of seeing 5000 points of damage taking place.

I suggest checking out this site for some pretty interesting Personae.  Down at the bottom of the linked page it details how to do an "Ultimate Blocker" Metatron, Beelzebub, or Helel.  The formulas aren't really THAT tough either. "

I like how they dumped Yosuke's best attack, Brave Blade, last episode, fight a boss that's resistant to Wind and don't use Wind Break at all.  Who needs 500+ damage Brave Blades when you can do 115 damage with Garudyne? "
