Geoff Keighley was awesome. I always love seeing him in not-host mode where he actually gets to just talk about games. It's easy to see why a lot of video game writers respect him in that context, because he clearly understands the industry really well.

*Edit* Also, as someone who does art / creative work for a living (writing / music) the discussion about the doubt that springs up constantly during game development (or really, any long term creative endeavor) was fantastic.

All the devs were super eloquent about it, and I dunno, it's comforting to know (as someone who works solo on anything artistic) that other people who do the same have the same worries.

*Edit 2* And the talk with the same guys about taking care of yourself when working. God damn it, this was an awesome show. Kudos to all involved

am I crazy or is Paul Barnett telling the same stories every year?

Man... Jeff Green has the hair that the older man in me only dreams of having.

Glad they still got Paul Barnett on the show. E3 wouldn't feel complete without a couple Paul Barnett E3 stories.

Oh what's this now? Vinny Caravella, an on-screen talent that knows how to articulate games. Who would have thunk it!

My first GB E3. Absolutely blown away at all the coverage. The first of many to come!

Yeah, man. A lot of people complain for some reason, but this always turns out to be my place to be during the show. More than enough to keep you busy.

Then for the next week or two, I just head over to Game Informer or check out some stage demos elsewhere.

I just hope this site gets mobile friendly again. I'm glad these were dual streamed to twitch, because I actually got to watch them live. Great shows, guys, and Patrick did an awesome job with booking guests. Thanks for another awesome E-3 experience.

great closing show, and great overall coverage from the crew at GB. from talking over live press cons, to Day 2 Demon Greg, to this great, lengthy end show. even if this year's E3 didn't bring all the expectations and hype, post-day shows like GB's always make up for it. carry on.

@jkz: I'm really glad we got to talk about that part of our life on the show, and I'm really glad you listened in. A lot of media glamourises game development, while in reality, it's simply our passion for games that (barely) pushes us through a lot of rough times.

Hope this is available for download soon for subscribers, find it much easier to just download it and watch it in bits and pieces at a time.

This day probably had my favorite guests, but Paul Barnett seems to want to make everything into an anecdote pissing contest, which I am not a fan of. Also, disappointed that there was no on-air Brad haircut.

All that Lord of the Rings talk and Jeff Green didn't even let people know who or who isn't The Lord of the Rings.

Probably my favourite of the videos this year all the guests seemed to gel together much better than the previous ones without talking over each other too much.

I want to thank all of you guys for these awesome live streams. I could comb through every video and comment about every single guest you had, but even watching it was kind of a blur. I just remember it being interesting, humorous, and kind of a train wreck. All things I expect out of the live "coverage" of one of my favorite websites. Seriously keep Giant Bomb running for as long as it makes sense and I'll support you as much as I can.

I don't want to sound like typical male (I have a gf btw) but Zoey seems really nice, smart (and her face is like candy to my eyes :p )

No, I think its fine, as long as you would say the same thing about anyone else.
