I suppose this is mainly to Ben: Is there any restriction on the sorts of questions you'll take? (Barring obviously terrible ones). It was mentioned that it would be linked to current news or state of the site stuff, but would you take anything from further afield?

I'm afraid to listen to this because of the potential awkward callers.

Haven't listened to it all yet, but having the call-in show as a Bombcast Aftershow seems like a great idea and adding the part with questions from the live chat is a good spin to keep it more energetic.

The name of this should be Giant Bombcastershow.

I don't know how realistic the idea of this hypothetical investment banker that buys game-breaking unlockables for games like Need For Speed actually is. Like, i'm sure there are some high income, core gamers professionals that spends money on this kind of unlockables in single-player games, but how widespread really is this very particular demographic? I honestly can't believe that there are enough of them that would justify this mechanic as targeted specifically at them, and not actually at a much wider audience.

Mind you this is not the same of games (especially mobile) that target actual whales and can rope you in for thousands of dollars. They are completely different in design from the example of sp high-budget games like Shadow of War.

I think you should call it "Talking Bomb" maybe see if Renee Young is available to host next time.

They're fine, good even. I think it's exaggerated by the occasional awkward pax attendee. Then again I tend to have a higher tolerance for that stuff, not get cringy (I kinda despise that word), and I usually have patience as I know I'd be just as or more awkward being my socially obtuse bad self.

Clearly Jeff appreciates the interaction or he would do his damndest to avoid it.

I also usually cringe at the idea of "callers" but it wasn't so bad. The only one I questioned, was the guy complaining he bought a PS4 Pro and in turn dump on the Xbox One X. Did he say he didn't even have a 1080p screen?
