To be frank, the only way this is interesting, is if this is an actual train wreck, no one is actually happy and they really did almost get sued. Granted the only thing that SEEMED real so far was the fact that backalar seemed pissed about the first ep about a month ago. But it just looks like an unoriginal bit (not this stuff but the whole real layers) a bad unoriginal bit.

Not saying you cant do things like other series do, but at least do them interestingly. Watching the two episodes are like watching bad youtube videos that has good production quality.

It does not matter if you think this "plot" is real or not. I think using members money to fund something like this is insulting. Albummer is on the very edge of what could be considered a reasonable use of members money and only because it is very occasionally mildly entertaining. This feature does not stand out as being worth any amount of money from RV/GB which ultimately comes from members wallets. The video itself, editing, voiceover, and the meta jokes belong as some TikTok bulls**t, not here. Screened and TANG were funnier and of better quality a decade ago. So buy back screened.com and drop this trash on there, better than the moviefone it redirects to now.

This website is not mine, so I have no right to claim what belong or not here, and Gerstmann is and should be that arbiter. I have followed these folks since stupid pants operation and have never wavered on my monetary commitment to their "content", until this. I hope for better but will remain wary as season 2 of these new shows get contracted and scheduled for the future. I got no jokes here, in honor of the "Reel Layers" feature itself.

I love this show.

Some of you are going absolutely nuts over this. It's just one of their many new series', and it's not like this is taking away anything from the site. If you don't like this show, just don't watch it. I don't like the Al-bummer show, or the Power Rangers show, or really any of the new stuff (except this), so I just don't watch it. As long as they keep having the bombcast, quick looks, and UPF, they'll have me forever.

I honestly don't get why this show in particular is making people freak out so much. But just calm down lol, if you don't like it, no one is making you watch it.

Why do people get so angry when Giant Bomb does a bit they don’t like or don’t get? In no part of signing up for a subscription did I think 100 percent of the content would be for me 100 percent of the time. God, consumers are such entitled shits.

I've gone from thinking it's funny that a bunch of people can't at least recognize a bit when they see one to being worried about it after reading these comments.
