@herk: Shadow Broker, for sure. It may be the best DLC I've ever played, certainly one of the few that has stayed in my memory.

@dave_tacitus: Yeah it's great! The Witcher 3 also had awesome DLC's if you haven't tried them.

Nah, you can get level 10 stuff in a first playthrough. Maybe it is reliant on what level Shepard is, but I hit the level cap of 50 on my first (and only) ME1 run and at the end, pretty much everything dropping was IX or X.

@hostyl1: Ahh I forget that I didn't have DLC access on my first ME runs. Since the equipment drops do scale with character level that would make a lot of sense.

It's why doing side missions can give you much more powerful drops on main story missions. Especially since main story drops are usually higher level than side mission drops.

All that Pluto talk and no mention of Pluto's "moon" Charon being our Mass Relay.

Pluto might not be a planet, but it's very important in the Mass Effect lore!

@curryspiced: I'm very much enjoying the ride pal, I wouldn't be 8 episodes in otherwise. He sure can play it his way but a little advice never hurt anyone.

@curryspiced: I wouldn't consider 2 comments a week apart as unhealthy dwelling, but we're all entitled to our opinions. You may interpret my message however you wish young man. My only intent was some advice.

@curryspiced: That's great news; Dwelling is unhealthy. Thanks, I love both Mass Effect and Alex/Vinny so I'm sure it will continue to be a great ride.

@dave_tacitus: If he doesn't give up on romancing Liara I think Alex'd definitely love some of the stuff in that DLC a ton. Horny and otherwise, it's a lot of really good Liara moments

They mined out an asteroid. Built into the shell. Then someone comes along and drops it on the planet?

Is this Axis? Is this the Axis Drop? Are the Batarians a Char?

I could never get through these games when I tried. Does Mass Effect have Gundams? Because that changes everything.

Why can't the Geth just accept Shepards feelings?!

Them not understanding the concept of "proximity" is kinda puzzling.

If I recall, picking the Human Medium Armor dialogue would have gotten you one of the strongest in the game.

Vinny is pretty good at nudging Alex to do certain things without it feeling like he's backseat gaming him. Like putting the omnitool on Tali, hyping up the Lift Throw combo & telling him he could be switching between pistol & shotgun with the press of a button.
