I won't miss the opportunity. It comes rarely.

Kinda amusing how the visual style did change from kinda Limbo-like to kinda Inside-like. This seems to lack the polish of the latter, though, and the Soviet stuff isn't really doing it for me in the same way as Insidie's odd industrial stuff was.

Just had a look at the unfinished and boy is that a different game. Insane to think it changed that much. Still hasn't sold me on it but I'm glad to see other games attempting this style.

It doesn't seem like there's any dialogue in this game, but what if there was and your character was voiced by Bruce McCulloch talking about sadness, silence, darkness, blackness

this is...pretty shameless, as far as copying another game goes.

I dunno, this doesn't look particularly fun or have any point. Why does your dude want to run around the weird factory thing? If he's escaping, why is he using the other dudes for his own gain before ditching them? Why is Russia supposed to be scary?

Kinda the same here. I don't want to be so dogmatic, but I can't think of any game without music that I've been able to stick with. Kinda leaning towards that being the most important aspect of games for me, I can look past a lot of other issues, including gameplay problems if the music fits.

Everybody is comparing the early access version to Limbo but it really reminds me of The Fall with some Limbo paint on it, which is kinda funny considering the name of the game.

Abby usually has a strong deck game, but she really brought her A game for this one.

Vinny, you are one of the best parts of the internet, and are heard in my household daily, much love, kisses on the cheek....but sometimes you need to call a horse a horse, and say "yeah its just a bad version of inside, with worse animation and clunkier puzzles" and move on to something more deserving of your time. of course i have no right to say that, but man this game looks like nothing.

If Austin was still here, he'd probably be quick to point out that the symbolism is Soviet, not communist. He'd probably also say that actually all the establishments we commonly think of as communist, were in fact totalitarian states, and communist in name only. Probably.

Am I crazy for thinking that both the earlier version and this version of the game have a really cool look to them?

I am one of the few people who thought Limbo was great but that Inside was one of the most overrated games since Gone Home. Despite the massive changes and clear umm...inspiration by those other titles, this frankly looks far more interesting to me than Inside did. Probably will pick it up on sale down the road.
