Quick Look: Chariot

Been looking forward to this

I expected more ancient Rome.

Been playing a bit of this myself and despite it's simplicity and the quite numbing repetition there is something very satisfying about pushing the thingamajig around. The way the controller (and triggers) rumbles when you reel it in is quite soothing.

My favorite breakfast cereal as a kid was Honey Nut Chari-Ohs.

Probably the first game I've played with a Canadian art grant in the logo screens.

Haven't actually gotten to play much of it but something about it does seem charming.

Also nice to see the East coast bombers giving a crap about the free Xbox One games. Not a whole lot of love or even knowledge from the west coast.

I played the game with my brother. Got through quite a bit of it but just couldn't bring ourselves to really enjoy it. Admire the look and what it's doing though. Would have bought it if I wasn't free. Just to support Canadian developers :)

Haha something about the way Vinny says "there's crazy BATS down here..." cracks me up.

fun fact: chariot is a french word and it means chariot!

Played some of this co-op, it's charming as hell and great fun with a buddy. Glad Vinny got to QL this.

For what it's worth, this quick look sold the game to me, as it's perfect for me and my fiancee to play together. Well done, and congrats.

That's because the king is a jerk and they murdered him without his knowledge, now this whole task is to find the best hiding spot to put the body so they can be free and rich.
