@NicksCorner: O do piss off, they went months without one and then this month they've had an entirety of 6 out of 26 QLs so far. I'm pretty sure that's not a whole lot. And let's face it, some companies simply won't show or won't allow you to show their product early, unless it is under their watchful eye. But come on, the last two QL Ex were from very open and casual companies, Double Fine is always up for having fun and the Harmonix guys seem to enjoy just being themselves.

This doesn't detract from the experience and isn't nearly as boring as say the EA Sports guy coming in to talk about, yet the newest PGA Golf game that uses "one to one, motion control, to improve your golf game to the exact performance, you would have on the golf course." 'You see that Ryan, because my shoulder was off, my ball curved into the wind towards the right a little bit, here, let me show you how the ball will fly if I hit it with my shoulders squared. Woohoo, look at that ball fly, that's how a person should play golf, and I could feel it in my body, as I hit the ball, the impact that I got a good swing.' (Copy Paste that for Microsoft Sam to read and you get the one to one feeling I felt during that QL Ex last year)

Has anyone else noticed recently (I think this video and the Happy action sequel) Jeff's ability to lean against a wall, say nothing, and still draw your attention for as long as he's there?

Looks cool, hopefully they'll have all those bugs worked out in time for release.

This actually got me to laugh, which is pretty rare.

You guys realize that EX happens because the developers want it that way? They're not giving a copy to the Bomb Crew to play around with, they're there to show off their game the way they want to, but the double fine EX was an exclusive so that would be an even worse thing to complain about. Also, they take any chance they get to have Brad Muir in the office, so expect more double fine EXs

So? Just don't show the game. I paid money the other day to watch Ryan play some old-ass sports games on the Genesis, and before that I watched him make his way through the entirety of an SNES JRPG. Do you think I need the latest scoop on Transformers from these guys? That's not the point. If the Transformers guys are going to make them wait until launch to show the game, so be it.

I normally agree with you. If content I don't like is overlaid on top of content I do like, then no harm done.

Only... there's only one of Giant Bomb and there are so many other sites that do previews. It's not like Call of Duty is preventing Gemini Rue from happening, right? Different teams, different markets. We get to have FarmVille and Uncharted at the same time. But here? Not so much. The video content of the site has been scarce recently, and there have been days of one or two pieces of content with one of those being an EX.

That's a pretty direct "this is preventing that from happening" situation in which Jeff or Ryan can't be both EXing and doing something else at once. And since I can get EX equivalents elsewhere but not QL equivalents, I'd much rather have no coverage of the EX games in exchange for some more random stuff.

That's the point I'm making. No more, no less. I'm a bit tired of getting crap for it, too. I think it's a fair point and I'm being very moderate and constructive about it, if I say so myself.

I was almost arrested once for my dance crimes. I was let off with a stern warning instead.
