@angryemu: I think your concern is reasonable. However, I think it is best that Ryan & Co. just be their usual selves (even if that involves cursing) despite the game's target audience. That is very much what makes Giant Bomb different from other sites. Also, there are always trailers and screenshots, in addition to Quick Looks.

There is no need to go into extreems. Sure, It would be irresponsible to show kids ultra-violent movies or have them do all the things adults do. But at the same time making other people censor their speech just because you don't want a kid to hear "bad" words which are unavoidable in real life is a bit much. If explaining that those words are bad and you shouldn't use them is out of question you just got to check them beforehand. I'm not trying to tell other people how to raise their kids but please don't put it on other people.

i wish they would stop making the blank space where the hinge of the DS is part of the game world. theres always something that happens there and you cant see anything and it screws you up

Just throwing this out there, because I've played the Demo, you can Double Tap to make them run, and hold the stylus down to make them continuously move in a direction. : )

@angryemu: This video is not for your son. He would be bored out of his mind watching someone play this game for 30 minutes. I can pretty much guarantee that if he's like any other kid his age, he would get through 10 minutes, get bored and go play some video games he already has.

Patrick is cool and all, but he is not a Kirby expert. :) The concept of "multiple Kirbies" has existed since the first game, and was also a gameplay element in Amazing Mirror. AND HE ISN'T A CANNIBAL.

Ryan, yet again Nintendo has managed to trick you this game is actually out on Monday, Starfox was out last Friday, Nintendo continues to dance around their previous Sunday release date. Maybe retailers were getting pissed?

The demo is available on the Nintendo Channel and it is pretty great. I love how it is a throwback to Canvas Curse while being its own completely different thing and for anyone hankering for some traditional Kirby action the Wii game is looking pretty great as well. I also love how the pinball mini-game is as deep as that Metroid Pinball game that came out on the DS.

Huh. I don't think I've ever heard King Dedede's name pronounced.

And once again Kirby shows us what Nintendo is capable of... probably right before they piss everyone off again fo some reason.

Watching the Kirbys mass up and murder some hapless creature just moseying along never gets old. Like Kirby has formed some evil flash mob and is just rampaging his way through the world.

I love how you can't talk about Kirby at any length and not know this is an unabashedly cute and awesome series.

Kind of sad by this. I mean Kirby games are essentially Nintendo experiments and they usually seem interesting, but this just seems like "Tap to screen to get things done".

If I still had my DS. Game looks fun. This game being 100% touch seems like it could make it on an iOS DS emulator.

Weird; I used to do the exact same thing. I remember having rented that game like three times, but I never ended up owning a copy.

I think Nintendo is taunting me for buying a 3DS. Guess I'll have to take the hit and play it on the 3DS anyway though cuz this looks great

The Kirby population has really grown out of control.

I haven't played a Kirby game since the original, but I keep hearing how incredible the series is! What games should I check out/avoid? This one looks awesome!
