Quick Look: Renegade Ops

GOOD GRAVY!! Been waiting on this bad boy for a while now... and it looks great!!

My one worry was that it would be more Gatling Gears and less JUNGLE STRIKE, but after seeing that overworld map (I let out a little squeal) + Brad's mention of sidemissions (!!!) I've got some very high hopes for this

Nearly pre-ordered this last night on PSN, but figured I would wait and see how things shake out ~ one of the few titles I would double dip on both Xbox and Playstation (Just to play it early on PS3, then play coop on Xbox)

I don't really understand what exactly makes this game so appealing, but hooray for downloadable games. I've really started to appreciate that part of the market.

PSN Play already sounding better. Good game, now all we need is good price. And online coop, none of that local-only crap.
 
My first thought was that this totally looks like how a modern Amiga game would look. (<-- this is a good thing)

If it ever shows up on Steam for $5 I will pick it up.

Limiting the time GB has to show the game makes me question the time to finish this game. I rather just pay 20 por PayDay when it comes out because my plans for buying all the Play of Summer games has been shank.

Just Cause 2 was amazing. Don't know what you're talking about.

Brad is great in Quick Looks when he is rushed or condensed to 10 minutes... Conclusion: Limit Brad to 10 minutes of quick look time!

Had you watched the whole video you'd know. Brad spends about a minute talking about the release date.

It kind of looks like it could take place on Panau concurrently with Just Cause 2. I was waiting for Rico to fly down onto the screen and blow up everything.

Day one. I know it's nothing groundbreaking but it seems like a lot of (mindless) fun to play and it looks frantic and amazing.

I'm enjoying these quick and easy downloadable games. First Warhammer Kill Team and now this. Much better than that Red faction battlegrounds dual stick shooter. Great fun games to play at low prices.

Yes to PC, Brad just didn't mention it... : /

I've noticed this is a pretty common occurrence in Quick Looks that they omit the fact that there is a PC version, so afterwards, I open up Steam to double check.
 
Anyway, this game looks super fun.
