Quick Look: Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition

I spent the $15 on this.  I wasn't blown away, but didn't feel robbed either, I just love Street Fighter too much.  I gotta have every goddamn iteration of this game they put out.  I was kinda disappointed by Oni (but not his second ultra).  But I always loved Yang.  I want Sean to make an appearance.  Hell, they shouldn't stop until basically everyone from SF3 Third Strike is in the game.  Even put fucking Skullomania in there.

Due to me being a huge Street Fighter fan I'm going to buy the retail version. I am happy that they do have it as DLC, not a complete rip off. 

I wish they would add more fighting venues.

he isnt wrong pal omega, chances are diago is on the ps3 leaderboardsanyway! and ONE PERSON does not make a good argument for better players play on 360.

Wow Daigo vs Tokido :D pretty crazy

My problem with most, almost all, fighting games is the jumping. I loved Tekken  1-3 because jumping wasn't your main mode of travel. In addition, I have never seen a fight were people are continually jumping back and forward at one another.

I love how so many people are whining that Brad and Jeff don't know about a community that makes up a minute portion of an already minute populace.

I'm sure most of you don't know the names of the remixers and producers of Depeche Mode singles, but I don't mock y'all for it.

Loving the QL lineup this week. Excellent stuff.

Watching Daigo and Tokido play and wondering if they're considered good... I love you guys!
 
I'm finally getting out there and finding a scene around my area and it's pretty glorious. You really have to put yourself out there and try, lose, and learn. Fighting against a character online is good experience, you might even look up strategies, but it can't beat getting together on a regular basis with similar-minded folks and discussing matchups with the other players in person. It's so much easier to identify my bad habits and work on them when I have someone to call them out. Just accept the crushing defeats as I have and do your best.

Not hearing great things about this update, I'm a huge SF but the word is that the messed with the perfection that was SSF4

Hell YES. I've been bringing up how badly I want a new Primal Rage or Bloody Roar for YEARS now. It's awesome to hear that someone else wants those brought back.

I'm thinking of getting the pc version but I'm not sure... Maybe wait for a steam sale.
