Couldn't they like put Street Fighter II or a Street Figher II-esque game on the DS? I could totally go for that. That's the only genre it kind of lacks.

Even though its easy to understand why people want the entire roster unlocked at the very start, I've always prefered starting off with only half and then having to unlock the rest. Specially in the classic tekken games where they always had these ultra-rare characters that always left me with plenty of satisfaction to see appearing on the character select screen.

I should had gotten the PSP version and just played the CPU instead of buying the PS3 version and expecting good online.

Maybe make the controls more user-friendly with two analog sticks? Makes sense to me.

Well, if you connect a PSP to a TV then you'd normally have to sit right next to the TV to be able to play. That's annoying.
