Lockdown 2020: Raging in the Streets

I'm getting the subscription level error when trying to download this video.

tried it out on game pass, not a fan. zero defense, just pressing x with an occasional y

How is the music?

I really dig some of the tracks heard so far, but since it's got multiple composers and styles on board you might not like them all. I think they did a decent job of mixing the familiar with the new.

As mentioned, the retro soundtrack can be toggled if you'd rather hear the classic tracks.

Why does chat always say the audio is good when it's not?? They must have headphones. Not everyone is watching Giant Bomb with headphones.

Feels like I'll be playing this game a LOT.

@unastrike the red flash effect around the character is when you lose your recoverable (green) health.

There's a nice little quality of life change in SoR4 where instead of just depleting your health after using a special move as you would in the old games, you get a chunk of green health which recovers as you attack enemies. If you get hit, you lose the temporary green health. Sort of like Bloodborne's damage and recovery system.

I'm not sure if you figured that out over the long haul, stopped as I didn't want more of the game spoiled, just saw you mention being unsure of exactly what it indicated fairly early into the video (~11:40).

The "bowoop" pick-up sound is good...all the SoundFX seem pretty good!

There are very few things that I legitimately don't like about this game, but the fact that you don't get Estel as playable, or updated sprites for some of the returning characters is a legitimately massive disappointment.

Other than that? Fan-fucking-tastic.
