@austin_walker Have you found all the tapes since this cast? Really would like to read the write up you mention and specifically what you thought about the tapes under the mountain where the challenge area is.

Shoutouts to Netrunner

I remember back in the LAN days when sleep was for quitters. Quake 1 was still the hot shit and we were playing Threewave CTF at the weekly LAN (we had ~50-100 attendees every week!) and I had been staying awake about 50 hours on nothing but Red Bull and Coca-Cola. I got complete tunnel vision and I became totally immersed in the game. Quake was my entire universe. When I finally stopped playing I had no idea where, or indeed who, the hell I was. I had to walk around the table for about 5 minutes before I could wrap my head around it.

At another LAN a friend stayed awake on j0lt and caffeine tablets and had issues getting the j0lt cans to shut up.

Sleep deprivation-induced schizophrenia is pretty cool but only because it is completely cured by sleep.

playing ATS as i listen to this. Lol austin's explanation of the in game voice chat and being quiet so strangers don't hear you sounds great in theory untill you realize anyone with common sense is gonna be on teamspeak or some other voice chat program and nobody will use the ingame voice chat
