hahaha, exactly the level of coverage this game demands.

I know people hate this series now a days due to that backlash on you know who and whatever that anti agenda crowd pushes with misinformation and clicks but I still think the series is solid. Yeah people didnt think the story should have been so dark...but I go into a R rated material knowing that I'll be challenged by what I see, plus you can just skip the cutscenes.

Anyway, this seems solid. IGN did a indepth review that shows what a easy glance misses. It's good for people who never played it to get the best fedelity. I don't see the issue, just buy the old version if you dont like this.

Maybe it's just me, but charging seventy dollars for accessibility options isn't exactly the "honorable" thing some people seem to be making it out to be. I'm glad they added them, but you certainly are paying for them so it's not like it's charity.

@drm2thej: i mean, effort costs money. there are now full time accessibility people at sony that are now working on the new God of War as a result of this push. i'm not a business man so i can't tell you how much it actually costs to do these things, but much like the adaptive controller that Microsoft sells for $100- these efforts appear to require buy-in from the consumer. it's definitely not charity (there is no honor in capitalism, etc) but regardless it gives other devs a roadmap and sets expectations that i think pushes things forward.

@manlypup: no the exhaustive suite of features as found in TLOU2 haven't been available for the first game until now.

@jeffgrubb: I understand. That had to be one of the toughest QLs ever done in the history of the site. Even I had trouble watching the whole thing.

@topcyclist: I'm someone who thought TLOU2 was a great sequel all around, including the much darker storyline in all its "woke" LGBTQ and Trans glory, which is what really pissed people off about it truth be told. And I still say this remake didn't need to happen. And people trying to excuse it by saying "Well, it has great accessibility options, so the 70 dollars is worth it." doesn't cut it. They could've updated the PS4 remaster and added those same options. This is just Naughty Dog's PR team justifying their actions, and it's a shame some people are falling for it.

I'm going to buy an extra copy for every single whiner complaining.

perfect length ... honestly i can't think of anything more needed to be said at this point . its a game released on ps3 remastered for ps4 n remade for ps5 ..idk why we need the same game 3 gen in a row , do something new :/

The Last of US is the Hamilton of video games. Anyone can look at it and see that it's well made. But goddamn, the amount of ridiculous praise it gets from critics and fans alike is just so off-putting that I can't care about it.
