I think Vinny would've loved the crazy physics of the bow causing enemies to fly across the map and be pinned to a wall or whatever is behind them.

Enjoyed this stream quite a bit. Goodbye Mike. I'll miss you. You definitely added an amazing vibe to GB. Loved that you always made time to join GB videos/podcasts. Good luck at Polygon. Don't be a stranger. Hopefully you come by often.

Also: I really like Vinny camera hijinxs. Such a laidback and fun attitude for these streams.

Kind of surprised that no one from the crew knows Dan Trachtenberg. He was part of TRS which was very much in the same spirit of Giant Bomb and even launched a year before Giant Bomb. Felt like 1UP, CO-OP, Rev3 in general, and Giant Bomb were all part of the same movement. Sadly only Giant Bomb survived. But Brad was featured on episodes of CO-OP so I always thought by proxy they knew the TRS guys, especially Jeff Canata who seems like he'd fit perfectly in at GB (feels like a West coast version of post-fatherhood Vinny in many ways). Anyway, all awesome people! So happy GB is still around but I sure wish TRS and CO-OP were as well.

On a recent /Filmcast, the host admitted to Giant Bomb being the catalyst for one of the biggest film podcasts out there. He also brought Jeff Canata on board becuase he was also a huge fan of TRS. Makes me really wonder how much GB and TRS inspired many popular podcasts/shows that may be even bigger than GB itself.

Miss you already, Mike. You are a cool dude.
