I know this is a dumb question but how big is the Rock Band music library?

I absolutely love *that* Newsroom scene, and I can't tell if it's me being ironic or not. It was just so well done?

@jtl526: In the Rock Band 3 era, with Rock Band Network content, there were more than 4,000 songs available.

With Rock Band 4, they're gradually porting RBN content into the game and still adding songs weekly. I believe there are close to 2,900 songs that can be played in the game as of this writing.

Please keep the drummin' my way! You are basically my DJ, playing music and a little bit of commentary between each song!

Afterlife is clearly Avenged Sevenfold composing after some serious Ys sessions with that intro.

"Wait and Bleed" is definitely one of the best Slipknot songs and the drum track looked insane.

Those are some pretty hard swings in genre so great job, Alex!

im 37, used to play drums during my teenager years and watching your first stream got me back into rockband/guitar hero drumming during lockdown, dug out my old bust up drums managed to get them working through some wire fiddling and carefully placed tape and booted up my xbox360.

So a year on, got an upgraded drum kit from ebay, an OG xbox one from FB, rockband4, the legacy adaptor (ebay, got it for £115, which was less than what i was expecting, from the UK btw,Amazingly it all arrived and worked) and about 400+ dlc purchases (aah disposable income!) im still playing and feel i love drumming even more than i ever did and also a better drummer than i ever was, gold starring a lot of songs on expert, nothing too crazy though, no where near alex's level.

aaaaaaaanyway Alex i just want to thank you for reigniting a passion that i thought was gone thanks to these streams through the rough times.

PS me and a guy who plays guitar at work are looking to go hire a practice room to actually jam when lockdown ends

@crippy: That's so great! I had a similar rekindling that has driven me to build my own RB4 kit using a more realistic set up. I cannot find the adapter for < $300 so I've been looking into building my own. This is created an entirely new rabbit hole that leaves me wondering if I will ever finish the kit. Keep drumming all!

Why is there such a deep well of Asking Alexandria songs in this game, and how does each song suck worse than the last?

I 100% agree, I look forward to listening through a new playlist each session and the little bit of commentary is delightful. I especially like the pun intros to songs, they always make me smile.

Thanks Alex!
