I picked up my physical copy of the game on my way to work today. Won't get chance to try it until this evening. I noticed they added a new European server this morning. How's it all going? Able to get in?

Just played for about 4 hours straight without issue, so right now it seems fine. Yesterday was not so fine

It has been perfect since it launched at midnight until now. Had no trouble playing the game. No disconnects or sync issues. West Europe Server 1 filled up pretty quick but I jumped on the 3rd.

Leaderboards aren't up like they said, but achievements are (maybe they meant looking at others people's, because I can still unlock them).

This is great news! Can't wait to get home!

The servers seem to be more stable than yesterday. I've got a region set up for bombadeers at the West Europe 1 server. The region's called Das Bomba, but it's set to private so you'll have to add me onto your friends list in order to join.

I heard Norway is having issues.

Isn't today the UK launch only? EU was yesterday I believe.

I managed to download the game this morning in 10 minutes, log in and see that all servers were available (including US, except for a couple of "busy" ones) and got in immediately. If I hadn't had lectures I would have played through the tutorial.

So yeah, not entirely sure about all these issues the US has been having, but SimCity seems fine to me :P

Yeah, I'm starting to get all the annoyed people across the world. I got in fine this afternoon, played for a couple of hours and enjoyed myself, but now I can't play a game that I bought. A game that I want to play in single player anyway.

What does "Busy" even mean? It's not the same as full, but then, what is it? Maintenance?

I don't know. The server I picked said it was busy but I was still able to connect to it, briefly.

I downloaded it easy enough this morning but haven't had a chance to play it, guess everyone had the same idea and started playing when they got home from work. So I've been playing some Banner Saga: Factions, which is pretty fun.

Wish there was more server feedback than just available or busy.

Oh, man, what the eff. You have to play tutorial again, when you switch servers? Uncool. And apparently you can't even play the tutorial offline. Seriously uncool.

@reuski: You can quit out of the tutorial to the main menu to skip it and start a new region. I started a new region like this on West Europe 4 last night when the other servers were full or busy. I have a feeling I won't be playing much this weekend at this rate though.

Well, despite the servers pretty much all saying 'BUSY', I've been able to get in and play for the last two or three hours. Having fun!
