Spec Ops: The Line Interview
Hey look it's Greg!
[edit] With all the sand in this game, is that why it's called "The Line"? The line... in the... sand...?
Did I detect a Heart of Darkness-esque plot? The guy you're trying to rescue is Conrad. He seems to have helped these people survive, and maybe they've joined his cult. And he doesn't want to be rescued. So... Apocalypse Now, but in Dubai? There better be audio logs.
Also... tango down.
Great to see Greg again. I'm very excited for this game. I don't know what it is, maybe that trailer had a bigger effect on me than I thought.
" @TripMasterMunky said:Lol. You know what I mean. Compared to your average shooter, it looks a little more unique." Looks kinda interesting and different compared to most FPS games. "Keep this between you and me but >_> <_< >_> ... that's probably because it isn't a FPS game. "
I used to use Gamespot as my primary source of game info, mainly because of Greg and Jeff. This game is now a must buy.
this looks like it could go either way right now. the previews have gotten me pretty excited, but it could still turn out to be yet another third person shooter with cover and tacked on morality elements. that said, the presence of greg on the team is pretty inspiring. he knows what's up. so i'll be keeping a watchful eye on this one.
