In any of the levels when you need to carry one of the fat scientists through the gatling guns, you can simply hold the dude there and meat comes flying out of him.  It'll take about ten minutes, but you will get the achievement.

Seems a little redundant, to be honest..  Simply playing through the game, you should have it somewhere around the second set of levels.  Definitely before the end of the game, there's no need to go out of your way to grind it.
