How does the Fleet Bank work?  I understand we can make donations of quality equipment and credits, but what if we want to take something out?  What does the fleet do with the credits it accumulates?

Good to be in the fleet.

I have not been on in about two days, and I am having Lobster withdrawal. Is that a bad thing? Should I seek a snowbible for guidance? 
 
But anyways, The SNLs make playing this game great.

I finally hit Lt. Commander last night and got my new fancy escort ship, the Red Sleigh 2. This is all very exciting.

We had an impromptu dance party at the bank tonight! The SNL are awesome. 
 
 

Hehe it was great fun to extend some guild relations. They seemed pleasantly surprised that there were more guilds as insane as them.. They seemed completely oblivious to what giantbomb was though. 0.o

How do we increase in Lobster rank?  I was going to do a little fleet bank rearranging (tab 1 for these items, tab 2 for those items, etc.) but I don't have permission to withdraw as a Softshell.  I figure it's better to organize it now when there isn't a lot of stuff than later when it's full.  Unless there's already a plan in place of course, in which case I won't worry about it.
 
The newer bank tabs have different permissions than the older tabs, just in case that isn't intentional.

5: ship shields/deflectors/engines 1-10

7: ground shields/armor/kits 1-10
8: crafting and misc

Just so no one worries, Kringle will be back on, but right now I have run out of free play time. I was on the head start and a ten day pass, but I had some money issues and could not buy the game yet. Don't worry. Kringle will return!

Just got STO today. I tried sending a /tell message, but I kept getting a "Player not found" error. I dunno whether it's a bug with the game, or just me doing something dumb (it's probably the latter). Either way, could someone add me to the Space Neon Lobsters. I'm Yasri@MattyFTM

I received this pm today, and since the user who sent it to me said I could do what I will with it, I decided to post it here to let everyone know my opinion regarding this matter:

 So, I got the impression on the STO forum that you actually like Buzzkill, and think he's a decent person. This is unfortunate, as he is giving everyone in the Giantbomb community a bad name. He's aggressive with people, not only in-game, but also on the forums. He does nothing but try to pick a fight, and is delusional to the point where he acts like he's Gods gift to Earth. Which makes it all the more puzzling to find out that not only is he the leader of the Klingon Giantbomb fleet, he's also an Officer in Space Neon Lobsters.

I hope you reconsider giving him any type of authority. Matter of fact, reconsider even letting him be in the Giantbomb fleet. I've talked to a numerous amount of fellow Giantbombers, and we are in agreement that we aren't going to stay in the fleet while this douchebag is allowed to be in a position of authority. We'll probably just start a different fleet.
 
I'm not trying to get into a huge argument with you about this. This will be my one and only PM to you. From what I understand, you are the "leader" of Space Neon Lobsters, so I thought you should be the person to inform. If you continue to be friends with, and think highly of Buzzkill, then there is nothing I can do about it. I'll just walk away from the fleet, and be done with it. 
Some of the worst human beings in history had friends that thought they were awesome, and supported them. So I'm sure Buzzkill has a few as well. I for one (and a significant number of other members) plan to not have any involvement with him whatsoever. I even plan to take this to the Giantbomb Staff/Moderators if I have to. They should know there are people forming "official" Giantbomb guilds/fleets/clans, and that those same people are assholes giving Giantbomb a bad name.

Hi all,  I'm pretty new to ST:O and looking for a fun casual fleet that wouldn't mind a lowly lieutenant hanging about asking obvious questions and making fart jokes. :)  
Sadly my play time is really limited so I suspect I'll be the low man on the totem pole for a while. On the bright side that means the rest of you will have someone to make the coffee for a while.

If you don't recognize me because of the drastically different username, I'm Cruxis (@nkornek) from SNL

Man, I was so disappointed last night. I hurt my back and had nothing to do but play ST:O for like 5 hours straight. I thought I was going to make Lt Cmdr and then realized I had one more level to go and had to go to bed (cue sad trombone). 

I've finally reached the end of my main quest line rope last night, so I guess it's time to finally find a fleet.  I'll send axel a tell next time I log on, and my ign is Luthien@Turtlebar.

Can some one invite me to the fleet the stupid mail system is down again,  and im still downloading the patch.
