Just as the title says. You can get your benchmark tool at EventHubs. The file size is around 400 MB. My computer runs the game OK. Anyways, thought I would share this with you guys if you want to try it out.
EDIT: Once the test is completely done then you can save your results. Here are mine from the test I did.

I have the settings around mid-low except the background was high. I know that my computer can't run it at max and it can still run very will with some stuff turned down.
Street Fighter IV

After nearly a decade in hiatus, Capcom's signature mainline fighting game series resurfaces with its fourth main installment, combining the traditional 2D gameplay with modern fully-3D graphics.
PC Street Fighter 4 Benchmark Tool Released
Checked it out myself, my computer got <20fps average on 360 level details.
Judging from other peoples' benchmarks, looks like you'll need a 8800GT to get around 360 level graphics.
edit : was just counting up some of the file sizes, most amazingly of anything, it looks like the game is only utilizing about 100MB of RAM at a time (based on file sizes). I consider SF4 to be a nice looking game, mostly because of the style, imagine what they could do with the 360's 512MB of RAM!
edit 2 : takes up about 418MB when running, maybe the files are just hugely compressed? Who knows.
Nice !
This is with all the extra settings maxed out and ink effect which looks beautiful. I averaged over 80 FPS during fighting scenes and mid 50's on last part where it circles around the characters.

That average framerate is with absolutely everything at max. I really like the poserization shader. The watercolor is nice too, but it makes the eyes look all kinds of weird.

The game runs amazingly well as expected. Supposedly SF4 arcade runs on PC hardware.. it shows. Capcom's MT Framework remains one of my favorite PC engines.
Other than the screen tearing, the game looks absolutely beautiful on max settings, I really can't wait to get this home and have an eyeballgasm at how awesome it is.

looked as good as the console version but a bit sharper and more vibrant. definitly gonna prefer playing on my pc than on the xbox. then again that'll all come down to how many people are playing and how the community around it acts.
So I did a benchmark test for street fighter 4 on PC. Antialiasing x2 gives me 20 FPS and E rank. No AA Gives me 70 fps and A rank. Sure

I've got 6 gigs of ram and a quad core running @ 2.66Ghz. But I can't run it with the highest model quality. wtf is up? My video card is an nVidia 9500GS. Is that the problem? Would overclocking help? I can't imagine it would because people with processors running at around the same speed as mine with better video cards are able to run at highest settings, but still. Is the only solution to get a better card?

this game can run perfectly on a dual core. quad cores are better at games such as supreme commander, where there are more calculations.
64bit operation systems are needed to detect 4gb of ram and above, if you have a 32bit then you just wasted your money on 50% of those ram.

Been waiting on SF4 PC for awhile. Bundled with the Madcatz controller for 60 bucks is a good deal. I was wondering if those Sticks that Madcatz is also making for the 360 will work on PC? I want Sticks.
