It's one of the worst things I've seen and is worse than the live-action movie.

I've also seen it and I agree that it is far worse than the live-action Mario Bros movie, which I think is good campy fun. However it is certainly not one of the worst things I've ever seen, in the realm of anime alone I can think of a lot worse.

I liked the set up, Luigi is the responsible brother and Mario is some slacker. He Plays games all night, falls in love with the lady what fell out of his TV. But I honestly got distracted by my phone at the wizard of exposition scene and there was no coming back from that since it's subtitled. Looked up a few times for some goofy visuals, but turned it off before it was over.

I just scrubbed through it on YouTube (the dubbed version, of course), and I strongly disagree. This thing is a cinematic masterpiece that everyone needs to experience

I kinda like the live action Mario movie though. Its one of those so bad its good situation for me.
