Eventhubs as recently posted a new tier list for HDR.  When I first seen it I was surprised that Balrog was right under Akuma (the broken character.)  Here is Eventhubs' new tier list.  Remember "...take these tiers as a loose guideline of how the matches stack up, but never as the end all be all of who's good in the game."

A full 12 points is the difference between akuma and balrog (and balrog to freaking chun li only has a difference of 9 points). Thats like half the cast. Balrog may be second, but thats like saying first place lapped everyone twice before second place even finished.

Balrog was pretty top teir before and he just holds that spot now, not that big of dif. I like seeing Honda jump up a few spots.

It's interesting to see 'Gief at the bottom of the charts on this one, and yet if you look at SFIV, he's one of the top tier characters.  lol

I think Zangief has always been low tier in Street Fighter 2 but, he is a beast in SFIV.

    Akuma v Geif... 9 - 1? That's ridiculous
    Honda v Cammy  8-2....also ridiculous
