    Kinda wish they'd bring back the rival character intros

    I was always a fan of the special intros that you'd get depending on the characters selected, like in 3rd Strike, or SFA.. i.e. Ryu, Ken Fist bump,   
     

        
    or the whole Akuma  / Gen Thing that happened in SFA3. 
     
    Id love to see them impliment that some how, I mean it probably wont happen with this current iteration of Street Fighter, still.. 
     
    wish they'd consider that as some sort of small add on.  Cant imagine it taking all kinds of man power to make that happen.

    Yeah, the rival battles, and story as a whole, in SF4 feel really disjointed. Super is slightly better, and the characters actually feel like they are interacting, but it's still shoddy. 
     
    Alpha had pretty decent character stories, too. 
     
    Edit: Just realised you actually said Alpha. Well, glad we agree :)

    Can't imagine it being easy, either. But I wouldn't mind the inclusion of special intros for certain characters. The thing is, it does probably take effort to animate intros such as the one used as an example above and they would end up being useless as everyone (even casual players) skips the character intros to get into a fight as fast as possible.

    I wish they'd dump all the dev time they would spend on things like rival intros and rival cutscenes and spend it on balance and new characters.

    I don't want new characters, I don't want to pay money for new characters.

    Id love new characters, I hate the throught of them as DLC.. as this completely breaks the game for those who DONT have those characters.  Not sure how they'd handle that. 
     
    Free Characters (Which I doubt will happen) for everyone, is something i'd be pretty happy about.. lol Especially after watching those ONO and E. Ryu vids...
