@Cloudenvy: If you worried about these being exclusive, you can still get those items normally, this is just a promo to get them easier if you happen to go to Comic-Con. As for the weapons, those some really interesting looking weapons and I'm interested to see how they end up working out. Also, I need me some mutton chops.
More balance stuff I'm thinking about! but we'll see!
Need that second misc slot, the generals formala with black-painted muttonchops and the pith helmet will finally let me live out my redcoat fantasies!
Just crafted the 2 weapons and thought I should post what they can actually do.
The Cow Wrangler 500: First of it should be noted that while it does have unlimited ammo, you do have an energy meter that you have to pump up. It takes 5 to go from 0-Max and you get a shot per pump. In addition to what the description says, it also has 2 modes of fire. The main mode is pretty standard to what you expect from rocket launchers (But with laser rockets). The alt fire, on the other hand, takes a second to charge and uses all of your energy. As a result, you fire a huge rocket... laser... thing that does a large chunk of damage and sets people on fire. Make sure to step back though, because it'll do the same to you if you fire it off too close. On kill the Cow Wrangler will disintegrate their bodies.
The Righteous Bison: The ammo situation is similar to the Cow Wrangler, except you only have 4 shots/pumps but the reload goes a lot faster. This one has no charge up shot but it should be noted that the lasers have to travel like rockets unlike what you get from a shotgun. The penetration is fairly nice since the laser isn't pinpoint (About the size of a rocket) so you can catch people a lot easier. Still disintegrates but can't set people on fire at all.
Both are pretty fun weapons and look awesome both in their design and the lasers you fire, which change colors depending on your team. On the down side, servers seem to have an inflated population of soldiers now with trades for Black Boxes and Battalion Backup's a plenty. As for their power it's hard to say quite yet since they're both a pretty big change form the rocket launcher but I wouldn't be surprised to see a minor nerf to the Cow Wrangler.

Just makes me think back to when they were only releasing items for one class at a time, and how when they started releasing updates for multiple classes at the same time, it wasn't as big of a deal.
Earlier today I was on a team with 10 Soldiers and 1 Scout.

At least it wasn't 4 snipers and two spies.
Also, Steampunk Soldier? Seriously, Valve?
Well, yesterday on a team of 10 there were 3 Snipers and 3 Spies. So, F2P.
Anyway, to be fair, this shit was totally already made by another company and then thrown into TF2.
