I cannot progress in this questline because it actually does not let me transform into the vampire lord. Its just after the part where Harkon bites you and you wake up. Anybody know how to fix this?

Did you check your powers in menu? 

@The_Laughing_Man: Yes, its there. I select it just like i would any other power and nothing happens after like a minute of waiting. Its a little aggravating sense ive reloaded past saves and its still occuring.

Well after reloading it hundreds of times it still does not work, its not like I haven't been casting it either. I give up. :(

You're probably doing it wrong.

sounds like a one in a MILLION chance that a bethesda game could have a bug.

Same thing happened to me. The only way I could transform, or use any other power, was to sprint and hit the power button. Best of luck.
